🛒 Ingredients: ✅ 1 cup flour ✅ 1 cup cottage cheese ✅ 2 tsp baking powder ✅ Sesame Seeds ✅ PC Blue Menu Roasted Garlic 🧄 ✅ Cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil spray
👩🍳 Directions: 1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F & line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2️⃣ Blend cottage cheese until smooth. 3️⃣ In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, flour, and baking powder. Knead until dough forms. 4️⃣ Divide dough into 4 equal portions, roll each into a ball & poke a hole in the middle. 5️⃣ Place on a baking sheet, spray with olive oil, & top with sesame seeds & roasted garlic. 6️⃣ Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. 7️⃣ Let cool on a wire rack & enjoy! 🤤
